Croque Madame, Paris

Oh Paris! The food is prepared with such perfection! One of our favorite meals was this gooey, cheesy, layered sandwich of emmanthal cheese and ham covered with more cheese, and them topped with a fried egg. The Cafe Beaubourg in the Marais (3rd arrondissement) served one that filled the entire plate and was served with a crisp salad lightly drizzled with zesty, creamy dressing. Delicious!
